RESERVATION AVAILABILITY

The Bel Air Ridge Homeowners Association Claray Clubhouse is available to rent exclusively by Bel Air Ridge homeowners / residents during the following days and times:

  • Sundays through Thursdays = 8:00 a.m. to 12 midnight

  • Fridays through Saturdays = 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day = 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

  • New Year's Eve and New Year's Day = 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

FEES & SECURITY DEPOSIT

$50 + $500 Security Deposit – Catering, live band, or DJ services are not permitted, 1 to 25 persons are permitted to attend.

$150 + $500 Security Deposit – Catering, live band, or DJ services are not permitted, 26 to 50 persons are permitted to attend.

$350 + $500 Security Deposit – All other events. 51 persons and up are permitted to attend.
